What We Did

Before beginning, the building was inspected for visible structural defects. There were various flat roofs that needed renewing. The old felt roof system was inspected, cleared, treated and repaired ready for the new liquid warm roof overlay.

The existing felt roof was maintained and used as the vapor control layer. Primer was poured and cured before the application of the insulation adhesive and insulation boards. The boards were then coated using a bitumen primer and covered with a new VCL layer.

A new Elastaseal liquid warm roof system was poured to the prepared surfaces. After applying an embedment coat, glass fibre matting is incorporated and finally covered with a top coat, creating a strong, flexible multi layered system.
The Results
Using an advanced Elastaseal liquid warm roof overlay, we created a durable, multi-layered system that enhances waterproofing, insulation, and overall roof performance. The result is a seamless, flexible, and energy-efficient roof that extends the lifespan of the building and significantly improves its resistance to future weather damage. A 15 guarantee was provided to the client upon completion of the project.
