About Our Liquid Roofing Systems

Liquid roofing delivers seamless, joint-free protection that’s safe for sensitive sites. Cold-applied systems reduce fire risk, making them ideal for schools, healthcare facilities, and occupied commercial properties where disruption must be minimised.

Our liquid roofing specialists provide reliable, compliant installations that offer long-lasting waterproofing and durability, trusted across the public and commercial sectors.

Why Should I Choose Liquid Roofing?

Liquid roofing systems offer numerous advantages, including tough waterproofing, versatility when applying and improved aesthetics. This makes them an excellent investment if you’re looking to enhance the durability and efficiency of a building. When installed correctly a liquid roof requires less maintenance than other methods, having a mitigating long term effect on expensive maintenance and repairs.

Is Liquid Roofing Right For Your Property?

Liquid roofing is ideal where disruption must be kept to a minimum – such as schools, hospitals, and busy commercial premises. It’s also the right choice for buildings with complex roof shapes, details, or limited access.

If your project demands fast installation, seamless waterproofing, and compliance with the highest safety standards, liquid systems provide a modern, flexible solution.

Our Installation Process

We start by inspecting the roof to assess its condition.

The surface is cleaned thoroughly to remove dirt, debris, or loose material. Any necessary repairs to the substrate are carried out to ensure a stable base. A suitable primer is applied to improve adhesion between the roof surface and the liquid waterproofing membrane. This step helps ensure a long-lasting bond. Complex areas such as joints, penetrations, and upstands are treated first using reinforcement matting and liquid resin. This ensures these vulnerable areas are fully sealed before the main coating is applied.

The liquid roofing membrane is applied using rollers or brushes in one or more coats, depending on the system being used. The coating forms a seamless, fully bonded waterproof layer that adapts to the shape of the roof. The liquid membrane is left to cure and harden, creating a flexible, weather-resistant surface. Curing times vary depending on the product and weather conditions, but most systems are rainproof within hours. Once cured, a final inspection is carried out to ensure full coverage and a uniform finish.
