Additionally we offer an asbestos overlay system, used when asbestos is present and you wish to avoid costly/dangerous removal of existing asbestos, applied over existing roofs.

Flashings, ridge caps, trims, and guttering are installed to fully seal and finish the system. We pay close attention to detailing around edges, joints, and penetrations (like skylights, vents, or plant installations) to prevent water ingress. We ensure proper airflow and water management through integrated ventilation and drainage systems, helping extend the life of your roof and supporting a healthy interior environment.
