Our commitment to social value will continue to grow alongside the business. We are always looking for practical ways to create a positive impact through our people, projects and relationships with local communities. Our planned and ongoing initiatives include:

- Increasing volunteering opportunities, with every team member allocated one paid volunteering day each year.

- Working with our clients to support their social value objectives through project delivery, particularly across public-sector and community-focused projects.
